1. The $20.00 appointment with Better Beginnings Health is an option to have your PIAA sports physical completed at school.

2. This only happens on the dates provided.

3. No call/no show = no refunds.

Here’s what you need to do for your appointment with Better Beginnings Health:

1. Complete the online registration and waivers.

2. Complete sections 1-5 of the PIAA paper packet.

3. Return the PIAA packet to Mr. Deegan with your $20 payment as soon as possible. Don’t wait.

4. You must pre-pay for your appointment. Payments for appointments on Thursday, October 1st will be accepted until 3:45 PM on Tuesday, September 30th.
