2026 - 2027 School Year Athletics Information

We will begin sports as soon as we return from summer break! Please make sure you have everything you need to get started right away.

Every student will need a PIAA sports physical form completed to participate in sports and sports based clubs.

We only accept the PIAA Sports Physical form.
For 2026-27 SY:
- It must be dated May 1st, 2026 or later to be accepted.
Blank PIAA packets:
- Can be picked up from the main office over the summer during normal operating hours.

Complete the “Yearly Sports Registration” form online.

- Complete the “Team Tryout Signups” form(s) online.

- Be sure to complete one for each sport your student athlete is interested in.
Have a PIAA sports physical packet completed by your student athlete’s doctor.
- Sections 1-5 completed by the family.
- Section 6 completed by the doctor & dated after May 1, 2025.
- Return the completed packet to Mr. Deegan’s mailbox in the Main Gym.
