• Complete the “Yearly Sports Registration” form online.

  • Complete the “Team Tryout Signups” form(s) online.

    • Be sure to complete one for each sport your student athlete is interested in.

  • Have a PIAA sports physical packet completed by your student athlete’s doctor.

    • Sections 1-5 completed by the family.

    • Section 6 completed by the doctor & dated after May 1, 2025.

    • Return the completed packet to Mr. Deegan’s mailbox in the Main Gym.

    • The volleyball uniform rental price has been decreased to $15 per player due to the unexpected added expense for knee pads.

    • Knee pads are mandatory for each player this season. Knee pads can be purchased separately from Mr. Deegan for $20.00 (cash or Cashapp $WolfPackAD5601).

    • The knee pads are yours to keep once purchased. We will offer to buy them back from you at the end of the season fo $10.00 if interested.
